The Reef Factory Reef Flare Pro Blue S is designed for reefers who want a deep, blue-dominant aquarium without sacrificing coverage or control. EOI Optics — even light, no dark spots
The Reef Flare Pro uses Reef Factory’s proprietary EOI (Efficient Optic Illumination) lens system. The optic geometry is engineered to maximize PAR distribution across the entire footprint, eliminating the hot spots and shadowed corners that plague many LED fixtures. The result is consistent coral coloration and growth across the full coverage area — not just in the center below the light.
Blue-focused spectrum
The Pro Blue variant is tuned specifically for reefers who prefer the deep, actinic aesthetic — rich blues, glowing fluorescence and that distinctly reef-tank look. The 24-diode array spans UV through white with a heavy emphasis on the blue and violet range: 3× UV (400nm), 4× Violet (420nm), 9× Indigo (450nm), 4× Blue (470nm), with green, red and white channels rounding out the spectrum for coral growth and color balance.
Full app control — from anywhere
The free Reef Factory Smart Reef app puts complete control in your pocket. Adjust individual color channels, set sunrise and sunset schedules, run boost fluorescence modes and monitor your fixture from anywhere in the world over WiFi. The redesigned app interface features larger sliders and direct percentile input for each channel — precise, intuitive and fast to program.
Group multiple fixtures as one
Running two or more Reef Flare units over a larger tank? Group them inside the app and manage all fixtures simultaneously with a single set of controls. Every light in the group follows the same schedule and responds to the same adjustments — no need to program each one individually.
Ultra-slim profile
At just 1.1″ tall and 6.38″ square, the Reef Flare Pro Blue S has one of the lowest profiles of any reef LED on the market. It sits cleanly above the tank on a wire suspension or mounting arm (both available separately) with minimal visual presence.
